The performers in this piece are aerobic instructors and the setting is a family having a fine dinner in a middle class home.
The tensions and lack of communication within the family is expressed through typical aerobic moves and the family members try to release
themselves and express their frustration by lifting tables, boxing with armchairs and doing step-up on the couch.
